Hello YOU Studios Baby Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Baby Plan Registration

The Hello YOU Studios Baby Plan requires a one-time joining fee of £49.99.

This fee secures your place on the Baby Plan and includes access to all three Baby Plan sessions.

The joining fee is non-refundable and registration is confirmed once the registration form has been completed and payment has been received.

2. Plan Selection

When joining the Hello YOU Studios Baby Plan, clients must select either the Framed Portrait Plan or the Digital Portrait Plan.

This selection applies for the duration of the Baby Plan and cannot be changed once registration has been completed unless agreed in writing by Hello YOU Studios.

The chosen plan will apply to all three Baby Plan sessions.

3. Baby Plan Sessions

The Baby Plan includes three milestone sessions:

• Sitter Session

• First Birthday / Cake Smash Session

• Family Session

These sessions are designed to capture your child’s growth and your family’s journey throughout this special stage of life.

Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

Clients are responsible for arranging their sessions at the appropriate stage of their child’s development.

Missed milestones cannot be recreated retrospectively.

4. Collections & Products

Clients agree to follow their chosen Baby Plan option throughout the duration of the Baby Plan.

The Framed Portrait Plan includes the products and benefits outlined within the Framed Portrait Plan.

The Digital Portrait Plan includes the products and benefits outlined within the Digital Portrait Plan.

Additional products, wall art, prints, digital images and upgrades may be purchased separately if desired.

5. Booking & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for booking their Baby Plan sessions.

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as possible.

In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session date will be offered where possible.

Repeated cancellations, missed appointments or failure to attend may result in the loss of that session.

6. Completion Rewards

Completion rewards are awarded upon successful completion of all three Baby Plan sessions.

Rewards are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of the Baby Plan.

Incomplete Baby Plans will not qualify for completion rewards.

7. Image Storage

Images are stored in accordance with Hello YOU Studios’ standard storage policy.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up any purchased digital images.

Hello YOU Studios cannot guarantee indefinite image storage.

8. Product Orders

All artwork, framed products, prints and digital image purchases are bespoke and personalised.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Any manufacturing faults must be reported within 7 days of collection or delivery.

9. Studio Policies

The Baby Plan is subject to all standard Hello YOU Studios policies relating to bookings, rescheduling, image delivery, product orders and studio conduct.

10. Amendments

Hello YOU Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Any significant changes affecting existing Baby Plan members will be communicated directly.

11. Acceptance

By registering for the Hello YOU Studios Baby Plan and completing payment of the joining fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Hello YOU Studios is a newborn, baby and family photography studio based in Poole, Dorset. Specialising in relaxed, natural portraits designed to become beautiful wall art in your home, sessions are available for families across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne and surrounding areas.
